DH left gum inside his jeans pockets, and I washed them. There are pieces of orbit gum inside my new front loader.
Any idea how to get them unstuck and out? Goo Gone? Baking Soda?
Bummer! Goo Gone, is an oil based solvent, and I think you are supposed to avoid grease in the washer/dryer. I've had good luck with putting ice on gum to get it to harden and then picking it off.

oh on! i already put goo gone in the machine. i used ice cubes to freeze the gum and then pulled it off. i used the goo gone for the sticky residue.
i ran a load (minus clothes) with detergent and hot water....i wonder if i messed up the machine...
