Horny Toad--how does it run?

Thinking of buying a Horny Toad dress for spring online. How do they run? Is it like patagonia? I normally wear a 6, small in LEc, which runs large. In Patagonia, a medium fits perfectly, if not a bit snug, at least in the Margot dress. So, i would normally order a small, but I'll order a medium if it runs slim. I knew i should've tried a HT dress on at REI.

I have the rosemarie dress, and I would say it runs a bit small. I did not size up and kind of wish that I had.

I am 5'3", usually wear a size small, and that is what I got in the dress. It is definitely wearable, but is pretty form-fitting in the top. If you want it to be a bit looser, or want to throw it in the dryer without worrying, I would go up a size. I haven't tried on a medium, but just based on how the small fits, I doubt that the medium would be excessively large.
