Does anyone have a recommendation for an art table? Looking for something to fit 2 kids, possibly have room to store markers, crayons on top and can be used for homework as kids get bigger . . . thanks!!

Not a true "art table" but I made an art table for DS2 by buying the smaller PB Carolina Table on Craiglist: http://www.potterybarnkids.com/products/carolina-table/ and then added a Kidcraft chair: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001FZ1440 an Alex paper dispenser: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000GL1CVY and a Lakeshore art caddy to hold all his supplies: http://www.lakeshorelearning.com/product/productDet.jsp?productItemID=1%2C689%2C949%2C371%2 C896%2C246&ASSORTMENT%3C%3East_id=1408474395181113&bmUID=1329254724593

I always have a piece of paper from the dispenser rolled out the length of the table and taped down so DS2 can come and color whenever he wants. It's worked great so far! To fit 2 kids you'd want the larger sized table though and probably 2 paper dispensers.

Our art table is similar to essnce's, except we don't have a (roll) paper dispenser (we have white and construction paper in a cabinet next to the table, along with miscellaneous other art supplies). Ours is a KidKraft long oslo table, with 3 chairs (1 for each DD, and 1 for a friend :)):

We had one built..cost around $90. It looks like the PBK Carolina table (paper roll and all) minus the drawers. It's also longer. I LOVE it and it's built like a tank. Know anyone handy?
