Best place to shop for valentines clearance?

I'm looking for nice quality cards or stuff to give out to DDs classmates next year. Any other places besides like target that I'm not thinking of?

Children's Place, sometimes. Online, too.

Also, Barnes and Noble's. I got some very cute bookmarks for $1 each. Yes, not your best deal, but they were really cute!
