I have lost weight in the past and it comes back all too easily! I never really tell anyone if I am dieting, always afraid to embarrass myself if/when I fail. But I am feeling very motivated this year. I want to look and feel better and it isn't going to get easier as I get older. Our insurance reimburses a large portion of Curves membership if I go 12 times/month, so the bargain part of me won't allow me to pay full dues! ;) So, to keep myself accountable, I declare - I am trying to lose weight!
So far, in 5 weeks of MFP and Curves, I have lost:
13 lbs
12 inches from my hips, waist, thighs, bust, arms
Just added in Wii Zumba for more cardio.
35 more pounds to goal!!!
