Shoes for the winter that aren't boots?

I would really like some sort of non-boot, non-sneaker option for colder weather, mostly to wear with boot cut jeans, cords, etc. I would love something comfortable that slips on but looks decent. Any recommendations?

i wear dansko pro clogs a lot with jeans and pants. or any cute flats on days it isn't snowy or wet.

I have this exact shoes and it's my go-to shoes with bootcut jeans! It's as comfortable as my Dansko professionals (but cuter- imo).

My go-to's are Danskos, but I'd like something a little bit cuter as well.... mmmm, liking those Uggs.
I know this will delay my entry into the fashion kingdom, but I do find some Danskos fugly-cute and great to slip on as I run out the door to do school pick up. They have a definite place in my wardrobe at this stage of life. I have an open back Mary Jane type pair that always draws a "where did you get those!" comment.

I think so. I love Danskos, don't get me wrong but I can walk in these Uggs all day and feel great.
I want a black pair also.

Those Uggs are cute!

I have a pair of suede clogs from LE, chalet clogs? they have a sherpa lining. They have definitely seen their bette days. I love that they slip on, are warm, and I totally don't mind going out in the snow/slush with them.
