I have had Frontiers and have had some issues with getting the straps tight. The darn strap that goes underneath the seat seems to get shredded and then have issues pulling it snug enough. I got in an accident and need to get a new seat that is a harnassed seat. First issue I have is that they will replace the seat that was unoccupied yet next to the door that got damaged, but the seat my older one was in they will not replace. I checked with Britax and the seats don't meet the criteria to be replaced at all but the insurance company will do the one. So I figure it's going to Emily since her Frontier is hardest for me to get tight. What should I look at in terms of a seat, I kind of don't want to go with Britax Frontier for the strap issues I have had. Is the Radian the next best option in a different company. I absolutely want to harnass for as long as I can. Emily is about 49 inches and 48 lbs. Thanks for any advice!!
