OHhhhhh....this seems like a good price! Been hoping for a Vitamix deal, but I think I'd be happy with a Blendtec. Don't know if we can afford it but the tax money is on it's way....

thanks, I'm at work and the webblocker is messing with the graphics so I couldn't get details. Seems like a good deal although $300 for a blender would be a hard sell for my husband

Ugh....tax for my state makes it $350.

SO is this pretty much as good a deal as you can get for a Blendtec or Vitamix?

That's a great deal. It's hard to find a deal, really.

I have a Vitamix...but they're pretty dang similar. I make a smoothie every morning and LOVE it. DS has been taking a smoothie to school every day too. Banana, blueberries, kale, flax. It takes 2 minutes max and is amazing. Heck, most of that 2 minutes is pouring it, LOL! I really like that I can use the whole flax seeds and it blends it so well - it saves a ton of time that way.

In short - I'd definitely get this if I was in the market!

Blendtec is listed as $399 on Bed Bath & Beyond, use their 20% off coupon and it goes down to $320, plus you get BB&B's awesome return policy.

It's not the same model though...right?

BB&B is the regular one, the same kind sold at Costco. QVC one comes w/ the Wildside Jar which has a much bigger capacity, ideal if you are grinding your own flour, but perhaps a little overkill for general everyday use unless one wants to make big batches of smoothies. With my regular Blendtec I can get 3 adult sized smoothies and that's plenty for me.

Thanks for this info! I didn't get this deal earlier because I wasn't able to get back to the computer. So I'm glad to know about the BB&B option.
