I was looking at dollys but the ones I've seen are $30+ and I don't think its something we will use again any time soon. I would like to stay under $20 if possible. Any advice would be very appreciated.

Here's one that costs about 50 cents.

We tried it and it sorta worked. But it basically taught us to attach the seat to a piece of luggage and now we always do that.

I really like the Traveling Toddler: http://www.amazon.com/Traveling-Toddler-Seat-Travel-Accessory/dp/B000JHN3AS/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1330288878&sr=8-1

I don't use it as a stroller, so I can't comment on that aspect. But it's great for getting the car seat through the airport!

We plopped it on top of our stroller. Gate check the stroller, car seat comes on board.

yup...we have a couple of small bungee cords and put the scenera's on top/back of the rolling suitcases. love it! cheap, easy and it works well.

If you're pulling luggage through the airport, I'd get a carabiner and attach the latch straps and the top tether to the carabiner with the back of the car seat against the luggage.

we've done the bungee the scenera to a mac and the gogo kidz. they both work it depends on where and what i'm bringing. we do the bungee if we bring the mac for quick trips and the gogo kidz when we bring the cam and check in as luggage so it becomes our stroller in the airport.

We often just hang our carseat over the stroller handles, so it's right behind the stroller. We've got a Scenera, which is super light, and we just sort of hook the top of the cover over the top of the handles. We use an umbrella stroller (Volo), so not sure if that would work as well with a bar-handle type stroller, but it works well and take about 5 seconds to undo at security/the gate/etc, which is a big reason we prefer this to sticking the carseat IN the stroller itself (with or without the kid in it and then bungeeing it on, just like if you were belting it in place).

The only caveat for hanging the carseat off the back is that if your kid gets out, either you should take the carseat off or make sure you've got a bag in the basket, otherwise the stroller will tip.

There's also the traveling toddler strap (http://www.amazon.com/Traveling-Toddler-Seat-Travel-Accessory/dp/B000JHN3AS/ref=sr_1_1?s=baby-products&ie=UTF8&qid=1330362358&sr=1-1) if you want something completely foolproof/are unsure of your bungee-ing skills. I would NOT have the kid ride in the seat though - if nothing else, it would likely break the suitcase.
