I saw this....been waiting for it to come back down for awhile and it did just in time; I was about to run out. S&S takes it down a little more too.

Are the prices being raised on this? I swear I saw it at WF for 11.99.

Luckily my S&S still shows 10.19 as I am almost out too.

It's $11.99 on Drugstore.com right now too, but fs is at $25. You do get 5% back from drugstore.com and 6% from ebates/mrrebates and 10% shopdiscover. Still a little over the S&S but if you need more items.

thanks, just ordered one to try. Anyone have any feedback on how it works in hard water? I see they also offer a more expensive one w/ a hard water additive. Thanks!

We have hard water, and I get white spots on our clothes when I use Charlie's. Using their hard water "booster" helps a lot, but doesn't totally eliminate the problem. It's only really noticeable with dark colors; unfortunately, DS's sheets are red and DD's are mauve, so I switched back to using a liquid (7th Generation, at the moment).

We have hard water, and it works great.

I have city water (not sure how hard or soft) and get white spots on my dark clothes sometimes too. I buy a lot of consignment/thrift clothes and I thought the white spots are from the residual detergents coming out of those clothes. It didn't occur to me that the spots might be coming from the water itself. In any case, the spots don't really come out so I have to be careful about using Charlie's.

I haven't purchased the big tub for a few years, but when I did it got clumpy after a while. Like big, hard, tough to break up clumps. My mom and I split the big bucket and we both had it happen. We were living in a humid climate, so that probably didn't help.

I bit the bullet in Jan. after running out waiting for it to go on sale. This is my second bucket - the first one lasted almost 2 years. I transfer some to an old Tupperware container and reseal the large bucket.
