I can't remember, does Bed Bath and Beyond waive shipping if you place the order in-store? And they can apply 20% coupons if you order online, but through the store, is that right?

TIA!

You might have to beg a little to get the free shipping. The policy is (and I know because I used to work at one) that if a customer makes a fuss you give them free shipping.

My experience has been that they will apply the %20 coupon, but they will not waive shipping.

I have always gotten free shipping and the 20%. Never had a problem at my store.

Whenever I ordered at the store I always got free shipping, I didn't make a fuss or anything, so I assumed free shipping was standard. My store is very generous in their policies so maybe it depends on the store.

I just purchased something the other day and got free shipping and used a 20% coupon. Although, it was for an item that they carry in the store and were out of stock. The sales person made it sound that since it's out of stock in the store is the reason I was getting free shipping. But I have ordered in the store for items in the past that wasn't carried in the store and got free shipping. Maybe it depends on the sales person you get or maybe they are changing their policy.

My experience is that they would give me one or the other. Free ship OR the 20%. From the other responses, it seems to depend on the store and the manager though.
