PBKids Anywhere Chair zipper broke...are they going to replace it?

Of course I have no receipt because it was a gift Its probably 2 years old. What do you think my recourse is here? Probably not much since its so old, but jeze these are expensive, i would expect it to last longer. My DD's is fine and its almost 5 years old and gets the same amount of use, if not more since its been a longer time.

I doubt they will do anything at this point. I would look to my local tailor to replace/fix the zipper.

It's worth a call. Their customer service is great. We have the metro kitchen set and the door broke after about a year and they sent me a new one. If not a zipper shouldn't be too expensive to fix. Good luck!
