BM..keep or toss (you know what I'm hoping to hear!)

We've probably all been there...I pumped late last night, come down this morning and there it is out on the counter. Can I refridgerate it and give it to my LO when she wakes up? It was out 6.5 hrs, doesn't smell off (no smell at all) and temp was anywhere from 62-66 degrees...

Give it to her.
I don't think that's the official answer, but I totally would.
Worst case is she rejects it.

personally, that would be a big 'keep'. the only time i tossed pumped milk that i left out was at a friend's & she had ants.

IIRC BM can sit out at room temp for 8-10 hrs and be fine. My ped always tells me if it doesn't smell like it is sour, it is fine. I'd refrigerate immediately, but give it to your LO soon...in one of the first bottles of the day.
