Would you use pancake batter left out for 4 hours? It's mixed with water and egg, no milk

I made some this morning and forgot to refrigerate the batter that was left

WWYD?

I wouldn't use it for pancakes but might would try pancake muffins since it would be in the oven at a high temp for awhile

What do you think would be wrong with it after 4 hours?
I voted "use".

Use. But expect them to be flatter than usual because the gas created by the baking powder has probably dissipated by a lot:)

I vote use.

But if you decide not use it and throw it instead, consider doing so outside. Throwing pancake batter inside will create a heck of a mess.
