title says it all. A post in the "what age did you have your baby thread" got me thinking about this. I did not go to grad school because I am a horrible test taker and could not pass the GRE or the LSAT to save my life (in fact I also couldn't pass the SAT), and I had no interest in becoming a teacher.

IRL I personally know about 20 women (one being my grandma who got a masters in art, and a teaching credential in 1940; she worked her way through college) all west coast natives who have some advanced degree or are studying for one.

poll coming

(aw, cr@p! I forgot teaching credential! I would guess I would vote in certificate if I had one!)

Answered for my wife cuz my degree is in that vague "other post grad" category and hers is specifically listed.

welcome back! One of those polls where 20 options would have been really helpful.

I voted that I have a PhD in a BA subject matter....Social Psychology. Psych is a behavioral science, but I suppose it more commonly gets categorized along with softer sciences rather than hard sciences.

I voted in post BA certificate but really I have a Masters in Tax. I could have marked MBA, oh well.

I have a joint Master's and Juris Doctorate degree. However, I am working in my Master's field right now. My Master's degree is in City Planning.
