Got DS an easel...some basic questions...

I also bought some jumbo M&D magnetic letters and numbers...so we've been having fun with those so far. I also ordered some washable markers...umm...yeah...it says in the instructions that only Crayola dry erase markers can be used with the white board. I ordered the washable kind for obvious reasons because he is only 16 months old and will be drawing all over himself and his clothes too.

My question is the following...should I just give him the regular dry-erase markers to use with the white board?? Are those easy to wash off of clothing, etc.? What other art supplies would you recommend for a 16 month old to go with this easel?? TIA!

I like these dry-erase crayons by Crayola: http://www.crayola.com/products/splash/dry-erase/crayons/ better than the dry erase markers, because DS is terrible about putting the caps back on and they dry up. He's 4 and still does this and I don't always remember to check they have the caps on, so I stopped buying dry erase markers.

We use the crayons here as well. Dry Erase can be difficult to get out of clothes. I have not tried the crayola ones though.
