I swear this used to work!
In the past week I have had two different people send me links to pdfs to view in a browser but when I click the link it's just a blank page.

It's basically a hyperlink like http://www.swimschool.com/learn2swim/PaymentAuthorization.pdf

Does anyone know what settings to change, plug in to download, etc.?

I have done searches all morning and cannot find instructions on what the problem is or how to fix it.

It doesn't work for me either. Their link must be broken.

I changed the actual link for privacy but any .pdf link won't work for me.
Ex. this one I just found on the web:
http://www.bostonpublicschools.org/files/mlp__faq_2011.pdf

If I click this link it just goes to a blank page.

Here is the webpage I was linking from for example.
http://www.bostonpublicschools.org/employeeresources

You're right that one does work for me. Can you right-click (apple-click?) and do save as? The first gives me a 404 not found.

Does your machine have any .pdf's already saved on it, and can it read those?

ETA - do you have any other browser you can try?

Does it help if you use a different browser? If so, try reinstalling the original browser.

This worked! Thank you! But I need to be on the website to do it. So this will work for my swim school application but not for the link my sitter sent me to print out a school form for her since she jsut sent me a link and it's not obvious by the url string as to where to find it on the site.

I think I can get by with the command-click though for now.

Still weird that I can't view. I mean I know adobe and apple do not play nice but I used to be able to view pdfs that way I thought.
