I'm upset that I missed the M&D unit blocks on sale a few months ago and the tickle monster book from GG. Those are two things high on my wish list for DS, and I've been looking for a deal on them for over a year. I also want a good deal on some See Kai Run shoes. Obviously I wouldn't be saving a ton on any of these, but it's purchases that I've put off while waiting for a bargain.

So what bargains are you sad that you've missed or are you are searching for?

I want to get a RF Walker Wagon for my nephew's first birthday. Best price I've found is $80 on Target.com (free shipping and 5% off with my red card that will balance out the tax). I am spoiled by having gotten DS's from Amazon for $40 during the pre-christmas madness the year before last.

Looking for a balance bike deal.

There was a balance bike on the B&N thread for 50% off. I don't know if it's still on sale--some things have gone up in price.

I am looking for a good deal on Crocs Caymans--would like them for $14 or less.

First and foremost, I am looking for a Diono Radian RXT or a Britax Marathon at a screaming deal. Then:

A Buggy Bagg or similar
A good stroller console and some stroller saddlebags
A dresser and bookshelf for DS's room
A "barrel" chair that swivels, with ottoman, preferably in leather
A large jelly pan (6 to 10 quarts)
Ball or Kerr canning jars
A box of 8 ounce Weck jars
Some neutral python pattern pumps (better quality, almond or pointed toe, preferably non-platform and 3 1/2 inch or lower heels)
Lightweight long-sleeved cashmere cardigans with buttons
Lightweight wool, wool blend, or polycrepe sheath dresses for work that come in petite, preerably with matching jackets
A really good brown suit for work that has a skirt and pants
A new messenger bag style briefcase (black, not all leather, no large logos, and nice quality)
A good deal on this obelisk shaped Baker bookshelf that I want for my music room
A stand-up video game machine for DH for his birthday

Yeah, I have a lot of shopping to do . . . I really think sometimes that I need a personal shopper.

Yes, but thanks. I have the architectural set and want the basic set to go with them.

Just remembered that I'm also looking for the Haba orchard game. Was really hoping that B&N would have it in this sale, but they don't. We also need some toy storage bins (like those from Land of Nod).

Since I'm shopping for the new baby, there's a ton of stuff I'm searching for (especially clothes, because of the difference in gender and seasons). I already found my bargain for babylegs last week and yesterday I got my diaper bag from the B&N sale.

I know this is impossible, but I dream of a deal on a Bugaboo Bee+ and its accessories. I guess I just have to try my best to find deals on everything else, so I can save up and pay the full price of the Bee.

I'm waiting for the next good deal on the Cybex Aton car seat, maybe the next Albee sale? Other things I'm searching for: new bottles (Born Free glass), pacifiers, Aden & Anais swaddling blankets, a new baby monitor (our old one died), a Beco Gemini carrier, cloth diapers, medela swing breast pump, piggyback board for our Vista and a Baby Bjorn travel crib... oh and a new bedding set for DD's crib. Quite a list, uh? :rotflmao:

We bought most of ours from Half Price Books (don't know if you have one). They were $2 each for the first 28, and then they get longer and therefore more expensive (and are often available only in hardcover). Also, if you have access to a Scholastic Bookclubs brochure, they often have good deals as well.

:rotflmao: Haven't been to Target in nearly a year. The hour round trip for drive time alone just kills it for me. I keep thinking I need to go to finish off the kids' Easter baskets, etc, but can't figure out how to walk the dog, get dd enough exercise that she will sleep at night, do nap, drop ds off at the bus and pick him up all in the same day and still fit Target (or Costco) in. Wet bags and a pail liner. Getting ready to cloth diaper DC2!

I love the swaddlebees/blueberry wetbags (zippered only) and pail liner (and I've tried quite a few brands over the last 3 years.) They have them in the clearance store fairly regularly - right now they only have wetbags, but the pail liners show up frequently. They also make my favorite pocket diapers, which also show up in the clearance store from time-to-time. Best to like on facebook or sign up for their emails since stuff goes fast.

I don't know anything about that brand, but it costs more (per block) than amazon's current price for the M&D unit blocks. I have the architectural set from M&D so I want the basic set from them too. Those say that they are hardwood so that may account for the higher price, but I'm not sure if that's a good thing because you don't want them to be too super heavy.
