Gluten free/dairy free birthday snack

DS wants to bring ice cream cups to school for his birthday treat. We did this last year with great success. Well this year we have two kids that are dairy free and two kids that are both gluten and dairy free. Any good ideas on a fun snack to bring them for the birthday celebration?

Bring little paper cups packed with So Delicious non-dary ice cream so they are similar to the ice cream cups?

ETA: SOME So Delicious products are gluten free, some are not - be sure to check! All are dairy-free.
