We're hiring a nanny next month when I return to work. The nanny will mostly be walking my kids where they need to go, but she will drive them in bad weather, or when the walk is too far. I have a True Fit in my car for Boo, and I'm happy with it. He is 3 years old, about 33 pounds, and about 39" tall. He is definitely long and slender. I'm thinking I need to get a new car seat to put in the nanny's car so that I don't have to install/uninstall/reinstall every day when I leave and come home from work. But I have no idea what the best option is for his size, that is very budget-friendly and very easy for the nanny to install in her car. Thoughts?
