Ideas for 4 year old boy?

My kid seems to have everything. I need ideas for what his grandparents can give him for his birthday. Not alot of money. Like $50 or so.

I was thinking stomp rockets maybe

Any other ideas? Outside toys might be good.

Does he have imaginext toys? Mine do not get tired of playing with them. We have the city and ocean sets which may be harder to find, but having tons of accessories makes them a favorite toy. We have them in an accessible place so they're easy to clean up :)
