Broken head support in Britax

I just found out that one of the wings on our head support in the Britax Advocate seat is cracked. I'm not sure the right name for it so hopefully that makes sense. DS is always grabbing onto them and pulling so I think that's how it happened. I checked the website and couldn't find it to order a replacement. Is this a safety issue?

Do you mean the foam? You can just tape it back together I believe - if you want a new piece, I'd call Britax CS.

I have a Blvd and when mine broke, they replaced the foam insert in charge (that's what they call it) and told me to tape it together until the replacement came. My seat was about 1 and a half years old.

Thanks so much! Called customer service and replacement is on its way,now if only I could stop him from bending it!
