Boden vs LEC

I've been browsing both Boden and LE Canvas. I was struck by how similar these pieces are. There are a few differences, LE is cotton and Boden is linen, and the necklines. But of course, the price is not similar AT ALL!

Linen has a very different style to me than cotton. More dressy.

HOWEVER....I really dislike linen since it wrinkles instantly! So I would opt for the cotton one too! And the price difference makes it an easy choice. I also really like the look with the scarf on the model.

Totally agree on the linen! I think the ones online got wrinkly just by me looking at them. ;)

I think the LEC would fit me better than the cut of the Boden one. Now I want the LEC top!

THere are lot of things that are quite similar, not just between these two brands. I paid quite a bit for velvet trim jersey cardi at Boden a while back

Which I really think will be great for fall and spring layering, and found a version at LE (not canvas) that was similar (no velvet, thin fabric but two layers, fablous front drape, same thin arms) that I think I like better...and it costs a lot less.

Wow, cute LEC shirt. I love eyelet and crochet. Beware, the reviews say it runs very large, even moreso than usual. I may order an xs.
