Water/Sand Table

Hello-
Wondering if anyone has any feedback on this sand & water table? I know it will make a mess, but I don't care. This will be for my almost 3-year-old. Also, is this about the best price I can find?

We have that one and it has been great. My 3.5 year old and 22 month old both use it a lot. We have had 4 kids at once using it when they have friends over- the size and shape works well for multiple kids. It looks new after 2 years of being outside and frequent play! The umbrella is a nice addition for hot sunny days too.

We have used it with sand and water but never together. The two side spill together pretty easily so I think it would turn to sandy water/mud pretty quickly. We mostly keep it filled with sand bc it is so easy to just pop the top off and let them play (vs. filling and draining with water).

It was a gift from the grandparents so I don't know about the best price.
