Just received my outlet order. When I was ordering, she said she had solid playdresses, and I ordered them in blue for my DDs. I've never seen solid-colored playdresses, so I figured she'd misspoken and I'd get some other style.

But they're here, and sure enough, they're PDs. A beautiful aqua blue with white trim around the neck and arm bands. I love them, but the obsessive in me is wondering where they came from? I don't remember seeing solid color playdresses in any of the catalogs. Are they maybe made for the outlet? Can anyone clue me in?

I think I remember someone on here saying the solid ones are made only for the outlets.

Maine, I believe. And I think she said she also had pink.

Wrentham had plenty the week before Easter. Light pink, a more vibrant pink, brown and
turquoise I believe. $10

I didnt get a chance to post immediately and then forgot but they had plenty of $5 bike shorts as well.

Outlet only PDs, made this year for the first time. How do you like them?

The SA at Michigan City said they are made of organic cotton. I have the solid blue and blue/white stripe ones and they are super soft.

They are nice and soft and the fabric seems substantial. Perhaps a touch thinner than the polka-dot ones from last spring (which I also ordered), but that could be because of the print. They're also made somewhere different -- India rather than Peru, if that matters.

FWIW, I also ordered several boxy tees for DD1, and they're wonderful! So soft and thick, and gorgeous colors. Wish I'd ordered the yellow one for my smaller daughter, too. It's a beautiful, creamy yellow.

Sprog has a brown. It's nice. Maybe a tad lighter weight than the stripes.
