Hmmm, you've got me wondering now. A lot of buzz about it now so I thought it was recent. I haven't watching in a bit but DH loves the show! Also a lot of talk on FB about it

We love Deadliest Catch!! Yeah, he passed away last year right after the season ended. It was talked about on "After the Catch" a tiny bit.
Of course RIP to him, though.

I just saw it on this week's episode. I hadn't heard anything about it before then and we missed the After the Catch shows last season I guess. Maybe because it was on the show, people are hyping it up now.

I thought it was Capt. Phil last year, but I see that was 2010. Man, time flies. I wasn't able to watch the show much this past season.
