We usually like to walk DS to the park or playground on weekends when the weather is nice. I am looking for some comfortable sandals that would be good for long walks since the park we like best is a 3 mile roundtrip. I usually just wear flip flops but would like something a little more comfortable but still casual. I see alot of people wearing Keens but found that they are not really my style at all.

I've been looking at this pair of Tevas but am on the fence and could use some other suggestions. Preferably something I could order from Zappos. Thanks!

I have this style of Tevas: http://www.zappos.com/teva-tirra-mint-green?zlfid=111&recoName=zap_pdp_sub
I found them recently at Ross for $23! They are super comfy and supportive for long walks. I walk my dog in them, walk my daughter to school, etc. I like that they are adjustable because I have wide feet. They are very sporty looking. Not sure if they are your style, but I love them!

Love Birkenstock Gizehs or numerous Think styles. Cork soles are super comfy and made for walking. Cute with summer dresses and skirts too.

Good to hear the Teva sandals are comfy. I looked at the Tirra but think that the thinner straps of the Kokomo might work better for me since they are less sporty.

My problem is that I want the comfort of a sportier sandal but I want them to look cuter and less utilitarian.

My mom got a pair for her trip to Rome and wore them all over!

I like Crocs flip flops. I have e Capri, and Athens, but I prefer the Athens. I have the unisex Athens (http://m.crocs.com/crocs-athens/10024,default,pd.html?adid=google_mobile_ppc_Mobil e-Footwear-UnisexAdult_Athens&gclid=CLnst4CT768CFbFa7Aod6ne_XA), and I have them in Chocolate/Light Blue. They no longer make the style of Capri flip flops I have.

Not sandals, but I caved and purchased a pair of Toms for the exact same purpose. Love them! Super comfy and cool on my feet, even in the Texas heat and humidity.

Hehe, I have a ton of those too. Merrill and born are my two favorite brands.

I also love my Merrells! I have the dahlia sandal, and love it. Great support, very comfortable, and cute with casual skirts and dresses.

Also, I love my chaco sandals. I wouldn't say they are particularly cute (although I think they're cuter than Keens and the older Tevas I used to own). But they do hold up extremely well, and come in fun bright colors. They are my everyday sandal for the playground, etc. They are very, very comfortable, once you get through the breaking in phase (which took me a couple of weeks of getting used to the footbed). I have very high arches and need lots of arch support- my chacos are the best I have found besides sneakers. The quality is excellent, particularly compared to my old Tevas- I wore those things for a summer trekking around northern Thailand, and by the end of the summer they were trashed.

I love my Croc Patricia ll sandals for that type of activity. They look cute but have enough support for extended walks. Teva's etc. are not my style and these work too when I run errands too.

I have the Kokomo Teva's in Brown and they are great for walking. I frequently walk 1-3 miles from home and I'm trying to find a variety of shoes to rotate through. Forgot I had those Teva's until I pulled them out of the closet and they are perfect. As comfortable as my older Teva-looking Teva's, but still cute enough to wear with a skirt.

The Teva Kokomos are going back. The straps feel a little tight on my feet so I guess it's back to the drawing board.

I had a pair of Fitflops I never wore because they looked like boats on my feet and felt really heavy. I've been looking at Merrell, Keen, Born and Clarks but haven't found a style that I really like. Might have to resign myself to the flip flops for now since I don't think Crocs or Birkenstocks are my style either.

I love my crocs Patricia or Cleo sandals. I actually ALWAYS pack my cleos for post-half marathon runs. They are supportive enough, yet super comfy even after running 13 miles. My only gripe with the cleos is that the top strap stretches after a year or so and they get a bit to floppy for my liking. My patricias feel nearly as supportive, yet a bit cuter/less utilitarian looking. I've definitely done the zoo in them - so quite a bit of walking.
