Narrow seat for smaller car?

I need to get a narrower seat to install FF in our caregiver's Honda Civic for 2 yo DS. It doesn't have to be the narrowest around, but I don't want to saddle her with a super-wide seat, since it will have to be semi-permanently installed and she uses her car for her own life when not caring for DS. I don't want to sacrifice comfort or ease of use, and I would prefer a sleeker look if possible. I'm totally overwhelmed by all the stats, does anybody have any advice? Thanks IA!!

Evenflo Maestro is fairly narrow and easy to sit next to.

The Diono Radians are probably the narrowest seats on the market, super low profile. They're long, but if you're installing it FF that doesn't matter. Pricier, though, which for a second seat might be a concern.
