DD is a not great sleeper but than she was but not good. Occasionally like 1x a month she will sleep through the night.
We have both nap and night problems. We have been working on nighttime weaning but not quite there. She goes to sleep relatively easy around 7-730 depending on the day and how tired she is. She might get up 1-2 a night if teeth are bothering her. I nurse her back down before 12am but after no nursing. She's been waking at 5am and won't go back to sleep. I thought this meant she is not getting enough but she wakes happy and I have tried to put her to sleep a bit earlier. So that is my nighttime issue :confused:
Naps are another. At daycare she gets 1230-230 like clockwork no issue whatsoever on a cot no less. At home on the weekend I am lucky to get her down and get 45 mins. We do a routine as nighttime but something always interferes if she doesn't poop during nap it is her teeth. I can't win.
What am I not doing to help her get her sleep??
