Best outdoor toys for 19 mo old

We have some ride on toys and a swing but that's it. I hate taking my DD outside because all she does is run down the driveway and it's getting harder and harder to run after her since I'm pregnant. It's finally starting to get warm here so what outdoor toys would be good for her?

A water/sand table with a cover would be a great addition.

DS is all boy, so YMMV but these are favorites in our house:
- water table
- bubbles
- balls - big and small
- pail and shovel - he digs in the woodchips because we haven't gotten a sandbox yet
- push cars - he pushes them around and we push him in them
- bubble mower
- snow shovel
