Birthday gift for a 5 year old...and that can be shipped overseas

I have to send my 5 year old nephew a gift which can be shipped overseas. He doesn't speak English although he will learn it. However, I imagine books in English won't be a very exciting thing for him to open. Same goes for games and clothes. I don't want it to be too bulky since I have to ship it. Any recommendations?

Is there some place online you could send a gift card for some place local to him that you wouldn't have to pay shipping for? Just a thought. I don't know how complicated it would be.

Normally I would say Legos, but that would probably be $$ to ship (even though they are light). How about a Lego watch? Any idea on interests?

He loves cars. That's all I know. A GC would not work for his family. I know they hate GC for kids and it would be more trouble than buying and shipping.

How about Castle Logix or Camelot games? The instructions are mostly pictures, so language shouldn't be a barrier, as long as his parents can read the instructions to get him started.

Those toys look awesome. I can order something from amazon.de but I'd rather get something "unique" from the U.S. I love the Camelot game and the price is right. I also love the Bruder truck. Maybe we'll get him one thing for Christmas and the other for his birthday. Thanks for coming through for me.
