My DD is having her 6th birthday party this Sunday at McDonald's. We'll buy all of the kids a happy meal so they will get the McDonald's toy that comes with it. Should we bring an additional goody bag? And if so, what should we put in it? I really don't like all of those junky trinkets that cost a lot and immediately fall apart! Last year I gave them a small box of Brio blocks that I found on clearance after Christmas. They were a huge hit, but I haven't found anything this year.

Yes, balloons would be good.

Like ones with helium in them? The other problem I have is that no one ever RSVPs. We invited her whole school class, dance and t-ball. It's probably about 40 kids. So far 4 rsvps. Last year we just invited her school class and there were probably 16 kids that showed up. So how many do you bring?

I think the McD toy is just fine. I wouldn't do anything more.

A balloon would be good. I don't think you have to do a separate favor, but if you are looking for ideas, maybe this book?

It's $3 per book when you buy in multiples of 4 (buy 3 get one free) and shipping is free if you have prime. You could buy extra books and return any that are left over.
