appetizer/salad/main dish for a wine tasting party

I may wind up taking a caprese salad or bacon wrapped chicken tenders.....but would love other suggestions. I am looking for a low carb dish (salad, appetizer or main) to take to a wine tasting party. I am also taking a bottle of pinot grigio. Thanks!
