Stupid Question and TMI

So I am long overdue for an OB appointment and I finally scheduled one a while back for tomorrow. Of course, I got AF unexpectedly. It is towards the end so it is pretty light but whats the general rule? Should I cancel my appointment? I really don't want to go with it but I will probably be stuck waiting 4-6 weeks for another appointment. Ugh.

I don't think they can do a pap smear with Af, but I could be wrong...I would just call and ask.

They can do a PAP when your (very lightly) menstruating but it's not ideal. Reschedule.

only time i've had a "not normal" pap is when I had my period (even though they said it would be fine). Had to go back for repeat paps so... not worth it

go. the tail end of a period shouldn't matter for a pap.

Uch. I called. They want me to keep it. I specifically asked about the PAP and they said as long as its not heavy and just staining I should come in. :rolleye0014: I know the reason I was really hoping/trying to change it is because I hate going to the OB...
