washable hair dye for crazy hair day - what/where to get?

My son has decided he wants to have blue hair for crazy hair day. Where can I find some easily washable blue hair dye that will not damage his hair and will wash out easily? And what should I look for or avoid? This is a first for us as I have never let the kids dye their hair before but he realy wants to. He is in 2nd grade and all month the kids are doing fun things like bringing teddy bears to school.

I've bought colored spray at a party supply store for crazy hair day before. It washes right out.

You can also get the hair spray and a washable hair gel at Sally.
