No worries! (Hopefully you aren't feeding your pet anything on the list!) Did they just send you an email now or was it from awhile ago? I mean, I guess better now than never in case someone missed it. I don't think I got an email from Amazon but I also have never bought dog food from them.

I got it today and yes my dog was eating food on the list. His bag was recalled.

Oh man! Some of the concern is the food passing on salmonella to humans from contact with the dog so be sure to keep an eye out for human symptoms too! Glad you found out about it now than later or never, though I don't know why they couldn't have sent the email a few days ago at least.

I was shocked how long Amazon took to send that email. Also amazed how many brands are made in that plant - every food one of my dogs has ever eaten. Luckily ours was not recalled but we've still stopped using kibble for training treats and handle dog food like meat - wash hands utensils and surfaces after handling food. Which i probably should have been doing anyway, since dog food is not human food. :)
