ugh - lice!

This has been a terrible week at work. (one of the worst). I am also very premenstrual.

So tonight twin A makes some comment about some girl in her class having lice (no note home). I pull out my terminator comb on hand for just such an occasion...

yep - Twin A had some live bugs and possible nits (I did the conditioner combing method from hillview - thanks!)

Twin B seems to be free of critters, but, really, how likely is that...

Of course, tomorrow is a big school event and they were up past 9:00 with all the combing.

I plan to do cetaphil over the weekend, but did not need this this week!

And of course the girls and I all have long, thick hair.

Lice sucks but if you are vigilant you can totally beat it with out too much stress. We bagged ALL our soft stuff, I vacuumed like a mad woman and combed and combed and combed. So sorry!!

All stuffed animals are currently bagged, we washed everything. It just sucks!

Oh yuck. I'm so sorry. We got the letter about a month ago but so far no critters. I've been combing Lula's scalp regularly to check. They give me the worst heebie jeebies. Hope they clear up quickly!
