I have suspected your presence for a couple of months now, but we've never formally met until this morning. So Hi! Yeah, I found you in my cooler [gross!] and released you into the wild [aka my wooded backyard]. Just wanted you to know that I'm setting traps tonight (didn't want you to get the wrong impression with the catch and release thing this morning -- that was a one time deal!). Have a great time in the yard! Watch out for snakes!

Wow, I think I would have freaked out! I was grossed out but I only found the mice poop in my garage. DH had to handle the traps!

I just bought some sticky traps...no takers last night, so I will leave them where they are. Maybe they took the hint. IDK, for some reason I'm better with mice than I am am with say....roaches.

Um, I forgot to mention the sticky trap I found about 20 feet from where DH placed it with bits of fur on it! Ewwww!
