Is this normal pp?

Sorry for the paranoia here, I just need to know if this is "normal" so I don't worry that it's gong to lead to a hemmorage like I had last time. I'm almost 3 weeks pp and my discharge has been yellow for almost a week. But every once in awhile it turns light brown/pink/orangish. Is it ok for it to change back to pink/brown after its gone to yellow? It's not bright red so I'm not real worried, but just wondered if this is normal.

Yes, normal. Especially likely to happen if you have been extra active that day.
May happen for even another 1-2 weeks.

Thank you. I feel like I've been crazy over this all. I'm finding I was a little more traumatized by my last births affects than I thought. I just need someone to talk me down once in awhile. I was on my feet more yesterday as I was feeling pretty good. I probably over did it.
