Yes!:)

Vince Camuto pumps in tan, that I had bought last year. They were marked $38, and we're suppose to be $65, but they gave me the lower price! :boogie:

These shoes from Seychelles that I had been looking at for a while,

These were already on sale, but I bought 3 bras from Wacoal, and I love them! I actually bought the first last night and went back today and got two more at a different store. They aren't available online though.

I also bought two pairs of lace Wacoal panties for $12 a piece and they are usually $25-$30 a piece.

In the end I only had 20 min to shop, and so I ended up with this flat:
http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/vera-wang-lavender-lara-flat/3211661?origin=keywordsearch
(I've been shopping for flats for a few weeks now, for the summer, since I wear boots in the winter. I sized down 1/2 a size in these.)

And these wedge/sandals:

(They are labeled expresso, but I thought they were black. I had looked for something like these last summer but never did find anything. I sized down 1/2 size in these.)

I saw the Vince pumps but thought they were a bit too high for me. Nice lines.

The seychelles sandal looks fun and colorful!

Maybe I'll have time to go to the store to try on lingerie this weekend...

They weren't the real high ones, but these in a medium tan kid leather.

I am soo glad I found the Seychelles because I had a similar pair from the BP Nordstrom brand and I hadn't been able to find them since I bought them in 2009.

I love the Pliner sandals, I didn't see those.

Went yesterday, but didn't have enough time to find a pair of shoes that I liked. My very patient son kept telling me to put my shoes back on so we could leave, LOL!

I did find cute Yo Gabba Gabba Vans for both boys.

ETA: They had these in red (patent, I think), but the ankle strap was uncomfortable. It's too bad, because they were SO CUTE. http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/paul-green-lexi-bow-sandal/3230148?origin=keywordsearch&fashionColor=Black&resultback=2404

Also worth a new post: I recently got these (http://shop.nordstrom.com/S/paul-green-lauryn-pump/3208852?origin=keywordsearch&fashionColor=&resultback=2892) at Nordstrom Rack, and see they're available at Nordstrom now for the same price. They are SO COMFY. They don't feel like they have a heel at all! I have fussy feet and can usually only do flats. I was so happy to find these!

two things
i love how you describe your feet "fussy feet"
i think i totally need to borrow that phrase from you!

those shoes do look comfy!

And for anyone who purchased during the sale, many things have been further marked down. You can price adjust w/in 14 days if you take your receipt or return tag into the store.

Don't know if I'll make it there, are the deals as good online?

IME yes. Same prices anyway.

I was at lingerie and they told me to wait for anniv sale.

I am new to shopping nordies sales. Apparently I "need" their new debit card or charge card to preshop??

I am waiting for a pair of killer JC shoes in chilli red that I price matched to NM where they are on sale. They look absolutely fabulous IRL but run narrow, so I returned my regular size to the store today and ordered another pair half size up. I am half hoping they'll fit me, and half hoping they won't as they are quite pricey even on sale. I got 3 years of 1-3 times per week year-round wear out of my two pairs of JCs (one more so than the other pair) and they are still going strong, so as long as they fit me well, I'll probably get my money's worth out of them. Or maybe not, since I can only wear these May-Oct, and then at the most 1x a week since they are such a bright color.

I would feel so much better if these shoes were to make it to the second markdown and I were to get them for 60% off. Fat chance, I know as they are already sold out online. Then again, there were two pairs in the size that I re-ordered on the sales rack at NM today, so who knows, I might get lucky. Girl can dream :). Buyers remorse in a bargain hunter is the worst, I tell you. These would be my second most expensive shoes ever if I keep them.

You need Nordstrom credit card to pre-sale. I overheard it while doing a return today. I like their card, I get $100 in free alterations per year (would have been $200 if I were to shop more at Nordstrom) and $20 notes for every $2,000 spent. Not as good as some other reward cards, but it's not my main card and I don't carry a balance so don't really care about that.

Very hot shoes! I could not wear period and would not be appropriate in my workplace.

Good luck getting those. I've ordered several shoes through my salesman from other stores and at least two have been cancelled, like several days later...

They are actually surprisingly comfortable for high heels, probably because of the platform, which is not too tall, so quite wearable. You do have to order half a size up as they run quite narrow.

I work in a fairly concervative business casual dress code office, with the focus on business rather than casual. There are very few women in my department and on our floor in general, save for admins, and most of them are younger and more fashionable forward than me. Based on what I've seen them wear, I can get away with wearing these shoes to work and then some. The rest of my attire is ultra conservative, so that should help, too. To be quite honest, I am compensation for lack of other fun things/events in my life, so I am keeping them.

Neiman Marcus sale went further 25% as of today for the total of up to 55% off, so I snapped another pair in my size at the new price, and will either return the ones I got from Nordstrom and have them do a price adjustment for me.

Hope the new ones fit!!!

I love wearing fun/statement shoes/boots. Those red ones are a statement indeed, and very sharp looking.

But for me I'm sticking to flats and no more than a 3inch heel with a 1/2 inch platform (in the style of Born or Pliner). The floors where I work have some inclines and sometimes I walk 1/2 mile or a mile at a time going from place to place, and sometimes the floors have wet spots or grease spots, really. So sturdy heel with some surface area is a necessity!

I've had so many people tell me that they like to see what boots/shoes I'm wearing for the day. Kind of disappointed the compliment is not for my overall look or my outfit, but just my shoes, but maybe that is because I'm usually wearing a coat over my clothes...anyway happy for the shoe compliments (that only aids/abets my shoe purchase problem, along the lines of the other thread on superfluous shopping/spending).
