bee+ wheel shimmying with washer on?

hasanyone had this? just got my bee+, it came with the wheels and washers in aseparate box. i THINK they are the new wheels, not positive, but it says replacemnt wheels and washer. regardless, bugaboo IS sendinganew set.
anyhow, i have one wheel shimmying, nto all the time, it shimmyied once, and Ihave the washer on. I jsut put one washer on each side, the pack came with six, but i thought it jsut needed one? anyone have this?

How much does your baby weigh? I only get the shimmy wheels when my stroller is empty. I received my washers last year but I have never actually put them on.
