Tiny Love 3-in-1 Rocker-Napper

I just stumbled upon this product and was wondering if anyone has this or has seen it. I think it's pretty new, so there are few reviews out there on it. I was thinking of getting an arms reach co-sleeper to have next to the bed for the first 4-6 months, but I was wondering if this would be an alternative.

Maybe though, it wouldn't be safe for long enough, because baby get too big and would become mobile? I just liked the idea of having a multi-purpose product.

The non breathable sides would make me nervous as a place to sleep unattended. The Fisher Price Rock n Play has mesh sides and is similar

I liked the look of it, until I saw it in person in BBB. I think I'm going ot stick with the Rock n Play. It looked kind of cheap to me.
