Laptop Recommendations?

I'm going back to consulting from home (instead of working in their office using their computers), and I really need a new laptop. I need it to run Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Professional at the same time. A good graphics card would be nice because some of our Ppts are graphics heavy, but I know that jacks up the price and I don't want to spend a lot because I am just starting up.

Anyone have any recommendations for a decent computer and/or how to get a good deal?

A macbook air or pro. But which programs of MS Office do you use? word, excel and ppt are fine on the mac!

I also am starting a consulting job in a few weeks. I really wanted a MacBook Pro or Air but couldn't justify the cost. I ended up ordering the Samsung Series 9 15" ultrabook. It should be here on Tuesday.
