Non-food treat for school summer birthday? Any good ideas?

So we're in the last week of school - and anyone with a summer birthday can send in a treat this week. Food is not allowed - and hoping to find something DIFFERENT than the usual pencils, erasers, etc...

ANYONE have any ideas? I was thinking summer, beach of OUT OF SCHOOL theme???

Have a class of 22 - - but wouldn't mind spending up to $20 on the class....hoping you creative minds have an ideas? of course it would have to be a store where i can pick it up since we're in the home stretch.

Magnifying glass with a little box for catching bugs in? I know they sell them at oriental trading, but they probably do at the dollar store, too.
