DD1 likes math well enough. First grade teacher says she picks up concepts fairly quickly.

However, I know that she often counts in her head when adding. Are there any good websites or apps to help her get faster with adding/subtracting math facts?

I have worksheets, but if there are any good games / apps that disguise learning with playing, that would be great. Worksheets are dull and can only hold her attention for a minimum amount of time.

Thanks!

Card games and dice games are great. DS1 liked Swamp Sum (Sum Swamp? forget the name but from Learning Resources).

Do you have any other specific recommendations? I'll have to take a look at Swamp Sum. DD love to play games.

DS has this card game which is very easy to play (its war) and practices the math facts. http://www.amazon.com/Math-Addition-Subtraction-Game-Cards/dp/0887432735/ref=pd_sim_t_8
This is also easy and fun. I keep this in the car and will play it while wait at restaurants etc.

My kids both got access to Reflex Math (web site) this spring at school. They think it's fun, and it definitely helps them work on math facts. I'm not sure of the cost since the school covered it.

I subscribed to ixl.com for a few months, but they seem to like Reflex Math more.

Have you tried Math Bingo before? It's pretty cute.
