Ideas for Party Favors for 7 y.o. Girl Bday Pool Party?

What kind of of party favor would you do for a 7 y.o. girl's pool party? We'll have both boys and girls with ages range from 5 to 7....any ideas folks? I don't want to spend a ton of $$ either. I'd really appreciate it. Thank you?

TRU has some beach towels for $5 (check Slickdeals for a thread), but that might get too expensive. I like the pool noodle and beach ball suggestions--maybe sunglasses or those water bean bag type balls (Amazon sells a 4 pack for $8).
