Does one tip at Build A Bear when you have a party there? If yes, how much per attendee is appropriate?

We always get a survey at the gymnastics place we go to after a party and it seems like they expect a tip.

I never know what to do, but I kind of feel like everyone wants a tip these days!

TIA!

I tend to tip the party "host" at a place like that. It's kind of an above and beyond job in most cases. We just had my son's party at our fitness center - kids in the gym playing and then go swimming. She was super with the kids, not pushy when our guests were lingering through her clean-up 20 minutes past party time, and even though we were towing the line on kid limit before the next price point put us at the one $30 cheaper for us.

So yes, I gave her a $20 tip.

I've also tipped $10-20 at gymnastics and Gymboree parties.
