Any BBQ smokers out there?

I'd love any favorite recipes, rubs or tips!

It was recommended by a friend. You can read sections and feel very educated, or you can just use the recipes.

You do have to wing things a bit with an electric smoker. We tend to go things about 10 degress less than what is suggested since our smoker really keeps its temp well.
