Our basement is currently being redone and now that we have knocked down a wall, we have room for a couch in addition to the two upholstered chairs that we already have down there.
We are thinking we may possibly go with a futon, as it could provide an extra bed for guests. We also don't want to get anything too big, as the stairs have a turn that can be tricky for large furniture. We are hoping to get something decent quality (sturdy), that won't cost too much, since it is a playroom and will take some abuse from the kids I'm sure!
Any ideas of places to look? The closest IKEA is about 5 hours...
