quick! can I take Advil after taking Benedryl?

I started coming down with a headache around 5:30 this evening. I thought it was allergies as it wasn't gone by 7 pm so I took some Benedryl. It has been an hour plus now and I feel worse. I think it might be a migraine, which I rarely if ever get so I want to take a couple of Advil. Is that okay.

Yes, it shouldn't be a problem. I'd take it with a bit of food (if you can stomach it) and a glass of water. Hope you feel better soon!

yes, benadryl and advil is the same as advil pm. hope you feel better soon!

Yup. But make sure to eat a little something. Benadryl has the same active ingredients as every OTC sleep aid med. In fact, we just buy the big packs of sleep aid because it is cheaper and don't bother buying benadryl.

Also a little caffeine can help with migraines.

Yes and I second the caffeine, it chases away mst of my migraines.

Thanks! I fell asleep right after I typed it. The headache has gone down a lot, but I think I will still take some Advil first before going to bed right now.
